点评：Such an incredible place with so much for the kids to do.
However we came at 9am on Saturday, which was great as not as busy, however was extremely disappointed to find only one staff member and at times no staff members out on the floor, this meant every time my children wanted to do something that required a staff members supervision like the heights course or tube slide we had to find a staff member from behind the counter and wait for someone to come and assist which then takes time away from the playing time which is such a shame.
We found that when we were finishing up at 10am there was atleast 5 staff heading out on the floor to assist, it’s a shame that due to it being quieter at the 9am slot we didn’t get the customer service we should’ve to feel valued. It seemed due to there only being a few there they didn’t care.
Would definitely return but don’t recommend going first thing in the morning or when it’s too quiet
