点评：I booked with Akhiadventures after reading what sounded like promising descriptions online, but the reality was very disappointing. From the beginning, communication was unclear. I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm basic details such as meeting location and schedule. Responses were slow and sometimes vague, which didn’t inspire much confidence before the experience even started.
On the day itself, things didn’t improve. The itinerary felt improvised rather than planned. There were long stretches of waiting around without explanation, and the transitions between activities were messy. It seemed like the organisers were figuring things out as they went along. For a paid experience, I expected professionalism and structure.
The activities themselves weren’t necessarily bad in concept, but the execution lacked energy and direction. Instructions were rushed, and there wasn’t much engagement from the staff. Instead of feeling guided and supported, participants were often left to manage on their own. Safety briefings felt minimal, which was concerning.
Another major issue was value for money. The price suggests a premium or at least well-organised experience, but what was delivered felt amateur. There were no standout moments that justified the cost. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and slightly frustrated.
I genuinely believe the idea behind the company has potential, but it needs significant improvement in organisation, communication, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not book again
