My spa appointment started 30 minutes late with no communication, and the spa is extremely misleading—it’s advertised as a beautiful panoramic space, but in reality it’s just a regular bedroom like the ones guests stay in. That felt very disappointing and dishonest.
A guided tour we booked happened without a guide, and several amenities (zip line, Tarzan swing) didn’t work. Parts of the property feel unfinished or neglected, with construction debris and areas that even felt unsafe.
The laundry service returned my clothes incomplete (most of my socks missing), and again, there was no follow-up or apology—just a message after we had already left saying they had them.
On top of everything, they never offered any refund, compensation, or even a simple apology for all these issues.
Overall, it feels like a place focused more on marketing than on guest experience, quality, or maintaining what they already have
