More than a trip - excepcional professionals who made us feel like family

点评：My trip to Sri Lanka was a hundred times better thanks to Sashi and Shen. They both treated our entire group exceptionally well, making us feel like family from the very first moment. They worked tirelessly for us, day and night, always with a smile. They are positive, polite, responsible, and consistently available whenever we needed them.
I would especially like to highlight Shen’s charisma and cheerful spirit, even during moments when we were exhausted or emotional (and they were probably even more tired than we were). Sashi’s professionalism behind the wheel was truly outstanding—something I particularly appreciated, as driving conditions are very different from Europe. His ability to solve any situation calmly, always with a smile and positive attitude, far exceeded my expectations.
As a small suggestion, punctuality could be improved, but aside from that, I have absolutely no complaints. I only wish both of them had been with us on all the tours, and not just Shen.
I returned to Barcelona with a divided heart, knowing for sure that I will come back. We will miss you—thank you for making us feel at home. You are family.
