Houdini's Escape Room Experience - Coventry的点评
点评：I’m not one for ever leaving negative feedback and always try to find the positive in everything I do but I’m really feeling negative and let down from our experience at creepy carnival escape room in Coventry . From the moment we walked into the corridor of the escape rooms we were just left hanging around whilst about 6 members of staff all stood in a room not really knowing what was happening . A member of staff then told us to enter the room where she gave us a quick briefing . She almost forgot to hand us our radio and wasn’t really helpful . Whilst talking with the young girl we’d explained we’d not played many games hence why we’d chosen this one with an easier level of difficulty her reply was although it shows difficulty level of 3 on the website it was in fact the hardest one . She told us that a lot of props had been vandalised by other guests and that nothing above head height would be needed for clues . (Although they are in room 2 ) we were handed a torch and she closed the door . The props are in much need of renewal as a lot are very hard to understand it is very dark in there and no clues what’s so ever . Our torch kept switching off and our radio was useless I feel we wasted so much time trying to ask for clues which The communication was so poor . We wasn’t made aware of how much time we had left just door opened and told out of time . I wouldn’t call the staff game masters and probably are in great need of basic customer service training . We have visited the escape rooms in Leicester and I can honestly say they are so worth the money the whole experience there to what we were given at Coventry are worlds apart I wouldn’t recommend Coventry to any of my friends out of embarrassment and don’t ever think I’d return to waste money in this venue .
