点评：Thanks Ms Rose and team for all the arrangements, I have reviewed my memories and compiled some feedback. My friends may also share additional feedback about trip:
Special thanks to our Hanoi–Sapa guide Mr. David, Da Nang guide Ms. Zee Zee, and Viet Aurora agents Ms. Rose and Mrs. Haana for their wonderful support and excellent arrangements.
*Hotels*: The Hanoi hotel was centrally located and easily accessible to the marketplace, which was great. The Da Nang and Sapa hotels were also excellent, with staff who were very customer friendly.
But The Ha Long Bay cruise site tour did not meet our expectations based on what we saw on social media. It would be better if there were more places to visit, such as cave walks on an island as shown on Google.
The HCM hotel staff were not friendly and seemed rude to customers. _Additionally, they did not provide an extra bed for one room, even though we requested it *and we already paid for it.*
*Guide*: David, the guide for Hanoi/Sapa, was excellent and very friendly; I would give him extra points on social media.
In Da Nang, Zee Zee was also cooperative and very friendly.
For HCM, the guide was knowledgeable but just okay.
*Driver*: The Hanoi/Sapa driver was helpful and kind, though there was some frustration at Hanoi Airport due to a misunderstanding about tips. The Da Nang driver was okay, while the HCM driver was rude.
Overall, a great experience. Thank you Viet Aurora Team for making our trip memorable!
