The Heritage Spa的点评
点评：Just back from a 2 night stay .
A bit disappointed unfortunately.
First morning of breakfast we were sat at a table that guests had just left so it hadn't been cleaned down . I eventually had to go find someone to take our order and clean table .
The Spa is out through reception and outside to another building . Told at reception gowns and slippers in the room and can be worn going through reception to The Spa, that's fine but not on a horrible wet day and not coming back in robes when there's a wedding party just arriving in reception . There should be another way to get to the Spa .
Our service at dinner in Seven on our 2nd night was shocking . Constantly had to call our waitress looking for drinks we had ordered, our meal and then our bill
She just seemed not bothered or distracted . Very disappointed to be honest.
