点评：Decided to give this company a try. Flew for work and came home to this. Their speeding shuttle driver clipped a parked vehicle loosing control and collided with three other vehicles. Causing major damage to my Jeep. This Jeep is 3 months old!
Do accidents happen, yes. Of course they do. But this is negligence and careless behavior. If it were not, my vehicle would be intact today. It’s not.
I am unclear as to why they would drive close enough to clip another vehicle and second, the speed at which they’re traveling in these lots to cause this much damage.
Obviously, I’d never recommend or utilize this company again. If you do decide to use them, THIS is the proof and FACTS you need to know before you do or continue to do so.
Be aware of the care your vehicle will receive and also the potential bodily harm they can cause by the potential to be trampled by their speeding shuttles.
Yes, they took full responsibility and offered to pay for all damages. But of course now I’m the one dealing with insurance companies and rental firms. Not them.
Most accidents are avoidable. This is one of them. This should not happen in a parking lot. Slow down. Exercise caution and do your job, which is keep parked vehicles safe and transport people to and from the airport. Not complicated but clearly Parking Spot Plus is inept to do so.
