Drama at Kartodromo
Autodromo Internacional do Algarve的点评
点评：We were looking forward on a mining at the kart track at Kartódromo. We bought tickets for 2 trips of 15 minutes. We were 4 adults and 3 children. We were told and sold we would be on a family track only for other families. But, we were out on a track with some guys that drove crazy fast and were bumping the kids, causing our little girl to crash the kart.
A lady from the office came to us with a nasty atitude, not asking if our girl was oké or if she hurt her self. No, we signed their terms and conditions and we must pay 200 euros.
We wanted our money back for the session as there were supposed to be only families, that was promised to us. But no way she would compensate us.
Than we said give us back our money for the second session we had not jettisoned done but already paid for, that was also the value of 200 euros but she would also not do that. We could only get a voucher.
We spent over an hour having a big discussion with this unbelievable rude lady. She can use a customer service training or 2.
So, big drama and 600 euros for a terrible morning at the kart track in Portimao. They are only in it for the money not giving a damn about people.
We will never go back here!
