A team from Eldergo
A very enthusiastic, Energetic Tour Manager Ms Pooja and Mr Ajith from SS Lanka
Mr Ajith was very Supportive and helpful
Personal Care from web check in to Hotel till Departure Well Planned Schedule in advance From Negombo, Sigriya , Dumbolla, Bentota to Colombo.Nice places like Beach, Elephant safari,Cave temple, Village type Experience Tour, Elephant orphanage, Turtle hatchery and the Best River Safari!!!
The involvement of Ms Anushree from Eldergo and Srilankan Partner SS Lanka Ms Chamanthi was great
Same comfortable Vehicle for Conveyance driven Safely!

Few Controllable and Managed
Few More to be considered
1. Long Travelling of 4 or 5 Hours
2. Daily Step Count of 5000 to 7000 !!! For Elders can be avoided.
3. The team should be aware of the Facilities in Hotels and inform. Many don't provide basic Amenities.
4. No Stay in Colombo.
5. Sometimes late Check In and Yearly check out , Like Negombo Stay - probably the Best place we Stayed.
6. Food was another issue.
7. On 6 th day and last Day Not Much of activity - if Colombo stay is planned it would have been better.
Suggestions:
A cap with logo and Wet Tissues Can be provided
The Schedule of tour and a brief about The places can be given in Printed form.
Overall experience was Excellent

1. 长途旅行，耗时4至5小时
2. 每日步数高达5000至7000步！老年人可能需要避免。
3. 团队应了解酒店设施并及时告知。许多酒店不提供基本设施。
4. 没有在科伦坡住宿。
5. 有时入住时间较晚，退房时间也较长，例如尼甘布住宿——这可能是我们住过的最好的地方。
6. 食物也是个问题。
7. 第六天和最后一天活动不多——如果安排在科伦坡住宿会更好。
建议：
可以提供印有标志的帽子和湿巾
可以提供行程安排和景点简介的打印版。
