点评：A great experience was had by my wife and I today. We had been to Alba once before but tonight we took advantage of their bathe and dine option. The greetings at the reception desk were warm and helpful. Alba itself is built extremely well and with very interesting and modern architecture. Biggest shout out goes to Georgia and Stacey who served us in the Thyme restaurant.
Wonderful ambassadors of Alba who were both friendly and polite, Georgia and Stacey added to our experience. It was lovely talking to them as like us they are locals. We spoke about Safety Beach where my wife and I live and their interest and warmth was great. As the TripAdvisor Destination Expert for the Mornington Peninsula I am very proud of the area and what we have here. The food tonight was delicious and I would go as far to say the best I have ever had in our region. The tastes were amazing and a very interesting menu with food combinations we had never tried but thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall a 10/10 experience that I can totally recommend to locals and visitors alike
