点评：This review is for Viator/TripAdvisor/Oh-Hoo agency all together.
I had a VIP Bangla Boxing night set up a couple months in advance and confirmed pick up for my girlfriend and I a month before through Viator to Oh-hoo Angency. I thought, great. Everything done and I do not have to worry at all.
Then the day can and they did not pick us up. So we had the Hotel Lobby call to confirm reservation and pick up. They said they don't have anybody to come. You figure they would have contacted us if any plans have changed. So, I wanted to make sure that was the case and had the lobby try again. They refused to come get us and at that time we would of been late. I tried to get a refund but they refused to give one. So I gathered all the messages and info for the booking and tried again. Viator said the agency never refused to pick us up and Bangla Boxing. This was a complete lie since I gsve them the info I had. It proves they lied and Viator still sides with them. So be weary when trusting these sites. Then they ask me to do a review. So I did this same review for them as for Viator.
