We had the absolute pleasure of having Romesh as our guide during our time in Sri Lanka, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
From day one, Romesh was punctual, professional, kind and genuinely caring. He has an excellent sense of timing, a calm and friendly personality, and a great sense of humour, which made every day relaxed and enjoyable.
What truly set him apart was the effort he put into personalising our trip. In addition to the planned itinerary, he organised several activities and turned our journey into a truly unique experience. Small gestures — such as welcome garlands, local treats, fresh water every day, and a lovely farewell gift — made us feel genuinely looked after.
Romesh has a deep knowledge of Sri Lanka, its culture and traditions, and he shared this in a way that was informative without ever feeling forced. He was always attentive to our comfort, flexible when plans needed adjusting, and proactive in making sure everything ran smoothly.
Thanks to Romesh, our trip was not just well organised, but warm, personal and memorable. We would gladly return to Sri Lanka and would not hesitate for a second to ask for Romesh again.
