点评：Rented two ebikes for the full day. Within a hour and a half of biking I turned direction and came back down a hill . I stopped and had my feet on ground to look at a map, when I went to mount the bike again the peddle jammed. I immediately knew the chain was off , I got off and walked it to the side of the road. We could not put the chain back on as it was doubled and jammed badly. We were stranded in a area near the motorway 10mins drive from the bike shop. We contacted Nicola at the shop and she came out to help. She also could not untangle the chain. She called the other business owner who came out with a 2nd bike and some tools. He was able to fix the chain within 10mins. It took about a hour to sort , finally I was back on the same bike but 2 hours late for a winery tour. I was charged for the ordeal 45 euro on return to the shop (the cost of a third bike for the day).
