The Henley Distillery Gin Experience的点评
点评：We went to the Henley Distillery Gin Experience following the recommendation of a work colleague. Good advice!
Jacob (their Owner & Master Distiller) give a well paced, informative and friendly introduction to: The history of Gin, how the Henley Distillery was started, a tour of their gin stills and what they produce now and future plans.
We had a extensive tasting of their Gins and Rums, all delicious, then we made our own bottle of Gin in our own mini-still. You basically choose the botanicals you fancy, put them in the still with alcohol and then 40 minutes or so later your gin is ready to be poured into you bottle.
There are 14 stills available, our course had 13 people which felt fine for the size of the venue.
I thoroughly recommend this Gin Experience. Great fun, you learn a lot, the Henley Gins are lovely and you get to take home a bottle of your own unique Gin.
