点评：Unfortunately, I have to write this review because our biggest concern about this builder ended up being true.
During the building process, our experience was excellent. Teji was fantastic, communicative, and always easy to work with. G, the building supervisor, also did a great job communicating with us and addressing our concerns throughout construction.
Our concern came from reading previous reviews that mentioned it became very difficult to get work completed after homeowners received their keys. Unfortunately, that has been our experience as well.
Our home experienced a delay in the move-in date, which we understood and accepted. We were willing to take possession with some unfinished items, provided they would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. We had a signed agreement stating that all outstanding work would be completed within seven business days. We took possession on July 29, and the work was scheduled to be completed by August 7.
It is also worth noting that we were granted temporary occupancy because the deck stairs and railing had not yet been completed. As of today, 68 days later, the work remains unfinished.
We had planned to complete our yard and install our fence, but we have been unable to move forward because the outstanding work has still not been completed.
The communication from the service supervisor, Agautam, who was responsible for coordinating the remaining work, has been extremely poor. Responses were often delayed or nonexistent, and I even had to contact the owner, Jashan, to get the supervisor to respond to my messages.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the post-possession service provided by this company. My recommendation to anyone building with them is to ensure that all outstanding work is completed before taking possession of your home. While the construction process itself was positive, getting unfinished work completed afterward has taken months and has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
