Clos Du Moulin Aux Moines的点评
点评：While driving around the countryside visiting vineyards, we stumbled upon Clos Du Moulin Aux Moines and were more than pleasantly surprised. Despite the heat, the tarp above the outdoor seating area provided sufficient shade and nice ambience. The restaurant sits in front of rows of vines which is just stunning. And let me talk about the food. We wanted something simple, healthy and delicious and that’s exactly what we got.
We had the panzanella salad - perfectly ripe peaces and tomatoes with croutons and a light olive oil dressing. We also had the raw tuna appetizer and the pork rillette with pickled vegetables. Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned and just divine. And the whole grain bread was soft and tasted freshly baked.
The setting and food made for a memorable afternoon lunch. We will definitely make the trip back to this gem of a find in the Bourgogne region.
