点评:Went for something to eat on Saturday 14th Feb at 1:45pm. Walked in to be told by the gentleman at the shop to sit anywhere apart from the reserved tables (so far so good). Sat at a table for 2 very close to the serving area and waited for a full 12mins to catch the attention of one of the 2 servers and ask for a couple of menus ( the place was less than a quarter full). Received menus and then after a further 15mins had to ask the server if we could order some food. When asked if we could order the Arbikie Grazing Platter (as another table had ordered it and we liked the look of it), we were told we could no longer order food off the menu as they were now only serving afternoon tea after 2pm (we arrived at 1:45pm)
Menu or Specials boards made no mention of this and the experience led us to walk out and choose somewhere more hospitable to eat.
Just a few tips:-
1. Why don’t you give people the menus when showing them to the tables
2. Perhaps tell them about the specials of the day, what they can order from the menu etc.
3. When a customer catches the attention of a member of staff who acknowledges them, it would be nice if they would engage instead of being extremely rude and ignoring us (they were not carrying food or drinks at the time).
4.There were no visible mentions on your menu of food ordering times. Making this clear prior to handing out menus would be extremely helpful so as not to waste customers time.
Wouldn’t recommend unless service vastly improves.

除非服务质量大幅提升,否则不推荐这家餐厅。
