A great tour company- reliable, great communication and flexible itinerary

点评：Hoi An Day Trip has vern great to deal with. Great communication from the initial enquiry right through to the end.
We had two private tours booked with Hoi-An Day Trip- Ba Na Hills/golden hand bridge and then the marble mountain, coconut village and Hoi-an day trip, but unfortunately my wife got food poisoning for first two days after arriving in Danang. Because we missed the first excursion, this travel group helped to customise a “best-of” tour for us that combined the main things we wanted to see so we didnt miss out entirely.
Helenn did an amazing job- picked us up from our hotel and escorted us to ba na hills to see the golden hand bridge.
The beauty of a private tour is that when we had enough of this tour, we could leave when we were ready.
We asked her if we could go and do the coconut boats next, so Helenn prioritized that over the proposed schedule.
Luckily she did, as i fell ill straight after that, so had to go back to hotel rather than continue on to Hoi-An
Helenn was very helpful during this.
Even though we couldnt complete our journey, Helenn made sure we enjoyed the parts that we did
The only criticism i would make would be that we didnt get very much refund for cancelling a full days worth of activity
