点评：This was my 3rd visit to Tortworth Court Leaf Spa.
Sorry to say it has really hit rock bottom compared to previous visits.
Firstly on arrival we requested robes and slippers. They had no slippers and gave me a measly £3 discount. I have a real issue with walking on floors with no shoes and didn't envisage such a place would not have spa slippers.
When I went to the changing rooms the floors were soaking and dirty. I put the robe on and there was a huge hole in the sleeve.
The entire flooring from changing rooms to pool were dirty and very slippery bare foot.
The pool itself and jacuzzi appeared fine. The steam room again didnt look as though anyone had cleaned it in a while.
The showers had about an inch of water sat and the complimentary shampoo / shower gel / conditioner containers were either empty, crushed or didn't work.
I had brought my friend for her birthday as my previous experiences (Oct 25 and spring 25) have been wonderful.
Not sure I'd return or recommend 😕

我带朋友来这里庆祝她的生日，因为我之前两次（10月25日和春季25日）的体验都非常棒。
