点评：Free parking outside, lovely airy, modern space to be in with high quality lighting, yet also retaining the structure and character of the original factory. I was not expecting the works on display to be quite so beautiful. Kevin our volunteer was an engaging guide and it was a privilege to watch Terri Colledge doing cameo work to recreate the (sadly now lost) Wordlsey School of Art panels. I learnt a lot about glass making through the permanent exhibition and the temporary exhibition of crafts at risk was sobering. WWII fans will enjoy the Churchill mural downstairs. The contemporary work upstairs is amazing. Under Alex Goodger's leadership this museum is an inspiration for embracing net zero, which has secured its future as the last viable glass museum in the UK. Even if you've never thought about glass, I promise you will leave entertained by this gem of a site.
