点评：I cannot say enough about Sunset Surf. Our family of five — three complete beginners and two intermediates — spent a week with this crew and they absolutely made our trip.
Where it starts: Paulino. From the first message, Paulino's communication was incredible. Responsive, friendly, and detailed — he coordinated everything across multiple skill levels and made the booking process effortless. He had the whole week mapped out before we even landed.
On the water: Raymond (Ray), Miam, and Fabricio . These three are the real deal. Ray took our intermediates and pushed them to a new level — the kind of instructor who teaches the mindset and the mechanics, and somehow makes you laugh while doing it. Fabricio and Miam worked with our beginners with such patience and positive energy that by day two, our true "never-evers" were catching waves and grinning ear to ear.
What sets Sunset Surf apart: They had enough instructors on the water to provide near 1-on-1 coaching every session. This is huge. Every single person in our group progressed every single day — not because they were natural surfers, but because the ratio meant nobody was waiting for attention. The team also gets the daily tide windows right — every session was scheduled at the optimal time for conditions.
Always on time. Always positive. Always professional. And every single day, the entire team showed up with the same energy and pura vida attitude.
