It was our first time visiting Costa Rica, and I must admit that I initially felt a little nervous. We were traveling to an unfamiliar country with a different language, culture, and customs—and none of us spoke Spanish. However, from the moment we met Alex and Wilson, all our worries quickly disappeared.
They were incredibly polite, warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. Wilson always greeted us with a big smile, and both of them spoke excellent English, so communication was effortless. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made us feel comfortable and well looked after at every moment.
We loved every part of the itinerary they arranged for us. It was well planned, enjoyable, and filled with memorable experiences. Through them, we discovered Costa Rica’s delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and fascinating wildlife. It was truly an experience unlike anything we had ever had before.
An outstanding tour guide team is often the face of a country, and Alex and Wilson represented Costa Rica beautifully—with warmth, kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. They helped us see what a welcoming and wonderful country Costa Rica is, and we fell in love with it.
By the end of the trip, Alex and Wilson were no longer simply our guides—they had become our friends. I have already recommended them to my friends without hesitation. My daughter was unable to join us this time, but after hearing about our amazing experience, she is very excited about the possibility of exploring Costa Rica with Alex, Wilson, and their team in the future.
