Say When Brewing Company的点评
点评：My wife and I arrived around 2:30in the afternoon on a Sunday, The bar tender who was cleaning a table right beside us after we came in failed to ever address us. We waited a very long time for anyone to even acknowledge we were even there. As she ( the bartender ) approached yet another table behind us I said "excuse me ma'am we would like to order something please. She replied "Ok I'll be with you in a minute." and turned away from us to clean another table.
Now the restaurant was not really busy or pressed for tables. There was no one waiting for to be seated anywhere at this time. We made our orders when she finished cleaning the other table rather than look after customers. It took a very long time to get our food too. I had to approach the bar after waiting about as long as I cared to about our order and was told she had just checked and they were not ready yet. Now there was still very few customers in the building at this time. So I returned to my seat hungry and not satisfied. We had only ordered two salads that were supposed to come have Kalamata olives in the list of ingredients, Which neither one did. And we had requested the olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing, When questioned about the dressing my wife was assured that there was dressing already on the salads, There was not. So I addressed another server who replied we don't offer olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing. I asked then why it was on the menu? And showed it to him. He replied that they had changed the menu without telling them. I was beginning to feel mislead myself at this point. We did finally get it all sorted out. And the young lady (bartender) was very apologetic about the whole incident. Other reviews are much more positive for this place so perhaps it was just an off day for everyone. The salads were good, even without the olives, so we'll give them another go on next visit to Denison.

翻译：周日下午2点半左右，我和妻子来到了这里。我们入店后，酒保正在我们旁边的一张桌子上打扫，但她始终没有和我们搭话。我们等了很久，却始终没有人理睬我们的存在。当她走向我们身后的另一张桌子时，我开口说道：“打扰一下，女士，我们想点些东西。”她回应道：“好的，马上就来。”然后便转身去打扫另一张桌子了。此时餐厅里其实并不忙碌，也没有缺桌的情况。当时根本没有人在等候入座。等她清理完另一张桌子后，我们才点餐——她那时并没有在服务顾客。我们的食物也过了很久才上。我实在等不下去了，便走到吧台询问，结果被告知她刚去确认过，食物还没准备好。而此时餐厅里的顾客依旧寥寥无几。于是我饿着肚子、心有不甘地回到了座位上。我们只点了两份沙拉，菜单上注明这两种沙拉都含有卡拉马塔橄榄，但实际上一份都没有。我们还特意要求添加橄榄油和红酒醋调味汁。当被问及是否有这种酱汁时，我的妻子得到保证说沙拉上已经配有酱汁了，但实际上并没有。于是我又去问另一位服务员，他回答说店里并不提供橄榄油和红酒醋调味汁。我当时就问，为什么这道菜会出现在菜单上？然后把菜单给他看。他回答说，餐厅更改了菜单却没通知他们。这时我也开始觉得自己被误导了。不过最后一切都得到解决了。那位年轻的女调酒师对整件事也深感歉意。其他人对这家店的评价都要积极得多，所以或许那天只是大家运气不好罢了。那些沙拉味道不错，就算没有橄榄也很好吃，所以下次再去丹尼森时我们还会再来光顾的。
