点评：Very rude and unprofessional, and without any loyalty for repeat clients. I booked a transfer from Santa Catalina to Tocumen Airport for today, April 27, 2026, for which they quoted me a price of $205. (This is my 5th trip or so). I also booked my return ride with them from the Tocumen Airport to Santa Catalina for when I return. A few days ago, I found out a friend's mom needed to go into Panama City today as well. She wanted to be dropped off in Casco Viejo. I contacted Odalis to let them know the new plan right away. Odalis responded by increasing the price from $205 to $225, stating they would have to take a different route through the city. I accepted the new terms. Today, during the ride, my friend's mom informed me she had changed her mind last minute and was now going to stay at a hotel right by the airport. Since we were no longer going through Casco Viejo, I reasoned the price should go back down to $205, since now the driver did not have to go out of his way to drop her off. I texted Odalis right away to inform them about the change in plans. They said the price should now be $215, but I pushed back nicely, stating it should be $205, the original price we had agreed upon. They agreed right away, and I responded back that I appreciated them. Then a couple hours later, they sent me the attached passive aggressive text cancelling my return trip due to the fact that I had been "disrespectful." What? All I did was try to help someone out who changed her mind and try to get the company to honor the price they originally quoted me. They also had told me everything was fine, so why cancel my return trip a couple hours later? Very strange and unprofessional behavior. I guess they value $10 over keeping a repeat customer happy. I would not recommend them. They have plenty of competition, so take your money somewhere else.
