点评:We had seen this place on the TV and were fascinated, so we had to visit while we were in Cornwall.
The car park is pretty large and you enter the village via the visitor centre. The entrance fee wasn't too bad.
Although it was wet and we were warned about the cobbles being slippery, we decided to walk down, so that we would see the village in full.
Sadly is was a wet day and we arrived towards the end of the day at 3pm, so by the time we walked down, some of the shops in the village were closing.
We had a drink in the Red Lion beside the harbour.
It was further than we expected and although I walked back up, my wife sensibly took the land rover lift back.
It is a truly quaint little village, even on a rainy day.
Be wary of the cobbles though. On the day we were there a woman slipped on the wet cobbles and when we got back up to the visitor centre she was sadly on her way to hospital in an ambulance.
