Disappointing fishing charter

点评：Booked a game fishing charter for my partner and I. I asked the lady who made the booking if it’s better to go in the morning or afternoon… she said both are the same and booked us in for the afternoon. I joked and said will we 100% catch a fish as it’s a lot of money? and she said yes of course you will. Met the fisherman who was a lovely man. He said that it’s not good to fish in the afternoon and it might be hard to catch anything…. Spent 5 hours in the boat and didn’t catch a thing. He said sorry and was lovely. Went to tell the lady who booked it ,explaining how the fisherman said game fishing is only doable during the morning and she said sorry that’s game fishing. Asked for a discount so we could go again in the morning and they didn’t even give us 10% off. The booking people don’t take into consideration the time or the activity as it’s highly unrecommended to fish in the afternoon. I feel like they just want the money.
