Fantastic Experience Swimming with Manatees!!!

点评：This experience was everything I hoped it would be! Since we had 5 in our group, we got the entire boat to ourselves. We had 2 tour guides - I can't remember their names :( - with us and they were so wonderful! Because our tour guides grew up and still live locally, they know the history of the area and they know where to find the Manatees, what each of their names are, etc. The first place we stopped - we got to swim up close and personal with two Manatees. It was amazing! They truly are just big gentle giants in the water. Anyway, if you want to see Manatees, I highly recommend booking a tour with this company. Not only do they know where to go to find Manatees, they know how to interact with them to ensure a better experience AND they include all the photos and Go Pro videos with the price of your ticket! I included a few photos with this review.
One piece of advice...if you choose to swim with them like we did and you really want to get close to them, make sure you listen and follow the instructions of your guide(s). We followed his instructions and were all able to get very close. One swam slowly right under my son and I, so we had to lift our legs not to accidentally brush against or kick the Manatee - which can startle them and make them swim away. But also, make sure you don't touch them because they are protected! :)
