点评：Where do I start? The hotel itself is really nice & clean & the surrounding areas are awesome. There is wildlife in the trees which my Wife & I enjoyed watching. The main pool was a fair bit away from our room so if you have mobility issues the bare that in mind plus there are no lifts anywhere. The staff were very friendly & chatty which is nice. The so-called quiet pool was invaded by families with young kids which spoilt it as they were as you can imagine quite loud & obnoxious! Eatly morning towel dropping was not dealt with around the big pool so it made finding sunbeds really difficult. I was also mocked by a animation guy who didn't believe I was blind & made a stupid dismissive noise when I mentioned it while he was trying to get me & my wife to do beach zumba. Onto the food, all very well cooked but totally lacking in spice & seasoning, really bland & there were no options for diabetics, ny wife is diabetic & really struggled to find anything suitable for her. for example, the porridge had so much sugar in it it was even too sweet for me...surely it would be better if the sugar was left out so people can make their own choices. Also the food in the buffet was the same every night & also in the lunch buffet too. THe themed restaurants were not bad though it seemed the Italian one couldn't get rid of you quick enough, it was so rushed & the food was really over cooked. The rooms themselves really need updating, no USB sockets anywhere, in our room there were just 2 power outlets. one in the bedroom area & 1 in the small bathroom area, the one in the bedroom was designed so badly we couldn't get our plug adaptor to fit in it, there was a light switch actually in the way! Overall it was ok, the staff & the constant supply of drinks made it bearable! Will we come back you ask? No is the answer, sorry, much to improve on.
