Unsafe, Dishonest, and Dangerous – Avoid at All Costs

点评：Extremely unsafe and dishonest operation.
The wetsuit they gave me was far too small, causing pain and restricting my movement. Instead of helping, the instructor overloaded me with 22lb of weight, destroying my buoyancy and forcing me to abort the dive. The fins were defective, and the guide was unprofessional, using codes instead of names and getting impatient when I didn’t respond. I have 35+ dives worldwide with zero problems—this disaster was caused entirely by their unsafe gear and incompetent staff.
When I confronted the shop, they blatantly lied and covered for the instructor instead of taking responsibility. I have never experienced such dishonesty and disregard for diver safety. I honestly don’t understand how this shop has so many good reviews. Avoid this operator at all costs if you value your life.
