Top of the List - Superb Tour of a Beautiful Bodega

点评：We visited Bodega Luis Perez while on vacation in Jerez and based on TripAdvisor reviews and it was fantastic.
We took a taxi to the Bodega which is around 8km out of Jerez and up quite a long, stony track which leads away from the main road taking you to the side of the Bodega which consists of two stunning buildings - one architecturally modern with sharp edges and glass and the other very traditional with ridged terracotta roof tiles and beams.
We were met by Virginia who took us and around 10 other visitors on an excellent tour of the Bodega, explaining its history and how it sits within the wine/sherry makers of the local region and then, ultimately, led us through tasting the wines in the old family house.
We then spent maybe 2 hours chatting with our fellow visitors, tasting the wines and snacking before taking a few more photos of the views and the grounds before heading back to Jerez.
Virginia was excellent, the people on the tour were lovely, the bodega itself is stunning as is the surrounding countryside and we had a thoroughly good time.
I would highly recommend visiting Bodega Luis Perez, it's beautiful.
