点评：We recently visited Reflections Spa in Great Baddow using an evening twilight pass and had a brilliant experience overall.
Beautiful countryside location. The spa was exceptionally clean, quiet, and calm throughout our visit, creating a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were lovely and, unlike many spas, it never felt crowded or busy. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
One of the biggest positives is the value for money. The daytime and evening passes are very affordable compared to many other spas, and for the price, the facilities and overall experience are excellent.
There were a few minor negatives. The waiting list to become a member is apparently quite long, which shows how popular the place is but may be frustrating for those looking to join. The twilight pass is also advertised as three hours, but guests need to stop using the facilities around 20 minutes before the 9pm closing time, so you don't quite get the full three hours. That said, we arrived at 5:45pm and were welcomed in early, so this more than balanced things out for us.
Another small point is that towels and slippers are not provided, which some visitors may expect from a spa experience which is easily remedied by taking your own.
Overall, these are very minor issues and are easily outweighed by the affordability, peaceful atmosphere, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and great facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.
