Lovely Affordable Escape

点评：A great find for anyone looking for a little spa escape that is affordable and not going to charge you the equivalent of a cheap uk holiday.
Based in a lovely secluded location just on the edge of Great Baddow, not too tricky to get to even if travelling by bus but far away enough from any outside noise.
With access to indoor and outdoor pools & jacuzzis, a sauna & steam room, plus poolside food so you don’t need to leave the compound, it really is perfect if you’ve had a stressful and expensive week and just need a last minute relief to unwind.
The only slight things to note, the indoor jacuzzi was a little grubby but from experience with other jacuzzi locations I know this is hard to manage if people use these with makeup still on etc. outdoor jacuzzi was absolutely fine though. The outdoor heated pool probably could do with the heat turned up a little more, I’m sure in the day it is absolutely fine but during the evening session it felt a little cold. We had a twilight (evening) session booked, which is great value but a slightly bit more time would have been lovely too as 3 hours goes very quickly. Overall though none of this took away from the overall experience.
If you need a quick unwind, would strongly recommend
