点评：Mine is more of a Manage your Expectations review. We were there all day - from the morning until the park closed. We did not camp but it looked like a nice place for that - with the water, campsites and cute cabins to rent. They really promote that around 600 moose live there and that is what we came to see. We didn't see a single animal of any kind - and it wasn't for lack of looking! Not a deer, ground animal or a moose! Just birds. If they are really in this park, that is nice that they have a sanctuary. We also went to hike the Lake Agnes trail. We weren't able to do that. Most all of the roads in the park are not paved - some of the roads can be accessed by regular cars and SUVS but many are four wheel drive only. I was told by the Visitor Center that our AWD SUV would be fine getting to the trailhead via the road. However, when we did get to this road, it was pretty bumpy and it was only the width of one lane! This lane to be used by two way traffic. Many large pickup trucks in the area and one started to come down just as I was thinking whether it was a good idea to use the road. No way both of our vehicles would fit on that road. So hike didn't happen - I was concerned about running across too many other vehicles going the opposite way for the mile to the trailhead. I didn't want to have to attempt to back up on a windy one lane road. Disappointing. I will say the Visitor Center had amazing stuffed moose to view and it was very informative. The rangers in the Center were also very nice. Any reviews saying that they saw moose just got very lucky. For us, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
