点评：Had my child’s birthday party here and, with him being neurodivergent, you can imagine how stressful the planning was for us. We spoke to Kii over the phone beforehand and also spoke to them in person on the day, and they were really helpful and reassuring throughout.
Leah was our party host and she was honestly amazing. She was so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was really understanding and made what could have been a very stressful day feel so much easier.
Ali was on the tills, greeting everyone and saying goodbye, he was so welcoming and friendly. He made all the children feel welcome too, which was really lovely to see.
Sumayya and Laiba were also extremely helpful and professional and were always willing to help with anything we needed.
I honestly can't praise the whole team enough. The customer service was beyond outstanding, and Leah, Kii, Ali, Sumayya and Laiba all deserve recognition for how flexible, understanding and reassuring they were every time we spoke to them. They really did help make the whole experience run so smoothly, and we are very grateful for that.
The all-inclusive party package was also really affordable. For 12 children, including play and food from 13:30 until 15:30, it was only £177, which I think is really good value for money.
A massive thank you to the whole team for making our child’s birthday such a lovely experience. We really appreciate everything you did to make the day easier for us and, most importantly, enjoyable for our child and all the children who came along.
