To confess — I had this place pinned before we even left Australia. It was one of the reasons we skipped the state line during our planned Tennessee Christmas, and I am SO glad we made the detour. Absolutely worth it.
The atmosphere was bursting with holiday magic. While I definitely recommend pre‑booking (especially for special events or the ever‑popular Reindeer Encounter), walk‑ins are welcome if space allows. Just note: this is not a year‑round attraction. They close for maintenance, yard care and other purposes so be sure to check dates before you go.
We stayed a good two hours — and honestly, we could’ve stayed longer if we’d synced our timing better with the festivities happening on the day.
We were greeted by Santa and Mrs. Claus the moment we arrived, and that’s exactly when the magic kicked in. The staff are genuinely beautiful people, and the owners are right there on site, happy for a chat and clearly passionate about what they’ve created.
I don’t want to spoil all the surprises you’ll discover on your own visit, but please make sure you secure the Santa and Reindeer Encounter. It was our main reason for coming, and it did not disappoint.
Be sure to book your admission online to secure your time slot during busy seasons and special events — it makes the whole experience flow so much easier.
