点评:While in San Jose, my daughter and I explored this beautiful, European-inspired district, located directly across the street from the Westfield Valley Fair mall. This area is a destination in itself, separate from the mall, and features an excellent mix of curated retail stores and fine dining.
The Experience:
We visited on a Sunday shortly after noon and were pleasantly surprised that the stores were not crowded. The entire row is incredibly clean and has a lovely ambiance. The vibrant mural (pictured) is just one example of the nice artistic touches you'll find for a fun and memorable photo.
The Logistics:
Shopping: This is a fantastic spot for window shopping or grabbing a nice meal.
Parking: Street/lot parking can be very challenging. We lucked out and found a spot, but be prepared to pay. Our rate was $3 for the first hour.
Note: While the adjacent Westfield Valley Fair has massive anchor stores and a high-end luxury wing, this row focuses on smaller, upscale boutiques and a more outdoor-centric, "stroll-able" experience.
