点评:Went to the Hub for first time with a group of 14 on a Saturday evening. They were busy but we had no issue getting seated. Our problem was the table service, or lack there of. After the initial drinks and food order was placed and delivered, our table attendant disappeared and we were told she was gone for the evening with no replacement. We spent the next hour going to the bar to get our own drinks and water! Our next problem was getting a final table bill. It took about half an hour after we asked the hostess to find someone. The bill included the gratuity which we objected to since we had no table service most of evening. We then waited another half hour for an adjusted bill but no one returned. We then sought out the person that was supposed to adjust the bill and we were told that we needed to see a manager who was on break. Issue is still not resolved! Not planning to return.
