点评：⭐️ Poor experience — be very careful with the extra charges and the staff
We were told the ATV ride would be 40 minutes, but it was actually closer to 20 minutes. The zip-lining was only about 20–25 minutes, and the cenote swim was around 15 minutes. Everything felt rushed and much shorter than what we were told to expect.
We were also charged what I felt were ridiculous prices for bandanas that we were told we “needed,” along with overpriced necessities such as water and drinks.
The included tacos were only 2 tacos, and the meat inside had a very soupy consistency. The food was not what we expected at all.
⚠️ Be especially careful with Angel, whose nickname is “Chicken,” and the group working with him.
My phone accidentally fell into the water, and Angel charged me $80 USD. I later spoke with the owner and was told that he was not authorized to charge me that amount. When I was given money back, I did not receive the full amount I was expecting. He then whispered to me, “We agreed to that amount down there.” I felt very uncomfortable with the situation and felt like I was being taken advantage of.
Overall, I do not recommend this place based on our experience. It felt like we were rushed through every activity while constantly being encouraged to spend additional money.
Honestly, you would be better off going to Xplor, where you can get an all-day package with multiple activities, better food, and a much more inclusive experience without feeling like you’re constantly being charged extra.
