点评：I had a very bad experience with this boat house and would not recommend it to anyone.
We booked the boat after checking the photos online, but the actual experience was completely different. The boat was not properly cleaned and had a very bad smell. The condition of the boat was nowhere close to what was shown in the photos, and it was uncomfortable even to sit, let alone sleep.
The food was another major disappointment. The dinner and breakfast were extremely poor in quality. We could hardly eat even 25% of what was served. There was no proper effort to ask about our food preferences or whether we were comfortable with the food.
The driver’s behaviour was also very disappointing and unprofessional. He was rude and did not communicate properly with us. Even more frustrating was that the boat was parked before the agreed stay time, which reduced the actual experience we had paid for. If the booking was for a specific number of hours, the full duration should have been provided.
The staff were generally unprofessional and did not know how to behave properly with customers. Speedily Hari and his team were not helpful, and the customer care service was equally disappointing. Calls were not answered properly, and after the payment was made, it felt like they were least bothered about the customers or their concerns.
We paid ₹7,000 for just a 6-hour stay, but considering the condition of the boat, food, staff behaviour and reduced experience, we felt the amount was completely unreasonable.
Overall, the experience was nowhere close to what was shown online. I strongly recommend people to check recent reviews, confirm the actual condition of the boat, food, timings and services before making a booking.
