DON'T Get rip off with the backwaters boat trip.

点评：We went to Alleppey, Kerala, India. The backwaters is a main attraction in this city so we decided to book just a boat trip with the House Boat Booking Office. The company name is ANUGRAHA Group, without sleeping on the boat. The price is ridiculous expensive 3000 inr par person, we did explain we did not want to sleep since our hotel was already booked, but they did not wanted to change the price, they asked us to contact the office and the guy did not want to talk to us anymore. The trip was paid, our driver was gone for the next 3hrs, so we decided to take the boat trip. The welcome drink was a glass of Tan that of course we did not drink. They show us our room and we did explain again we did not want or need a room that was just for the trip, but they just left us without answers. The room was tacky, sheets dirty, bathroom not well cleaned, not air condition (we were told that they will turn it on in the evening), one of the light fixtures was broken. We decided to sit down at the boat upper deck, same thing, very dirty. The food was served, very basic (rice, lentils, small fried fish and chapati). When we were back we tried again to explain that we were not spending the night at the boat, but the guy was so rude that he just turned his back to talk with some other employee and let us talking alone. This is a RIP OFF for the tourists. IT DOES NOT WORTH IT!!!! Terrible service is there's any, horrible experience, they are stealing from us turning us around on a lake. NOT recommended at all! Do something else in another town.
翻译：我们去了印度喀拉拉邦的阿勒皮。喀拉拉邦的内陆水道是这座城市的主要景点，所以我们决定只预订一次乘船游览。这家公司叫ANUGRAHA Group，我们不想在船上过夜。价格贵得离谱，每人3000卢比。我们解释说因为酒店已经订好了，所以不需要住宿，但他们拒绝改价，让我们联系他们的办公室，结果那个人根本不想理我们。我们付了钱，司机还要三个小时才能回来，所以我们决定先坐船游览。迎宾饮料是一杯坦酒，我们当然没喝。他们带我们看了房间，我们再次解释说我们不需要只用于游览的房间，但他们什么也没说就走了。房间很破旧，床单很脏，浴室也没打扫干净，没有空调（他们说晚上会开），其中一个灯具还坏了。我们决定坐在船的上层甲板上，结果还是一样，非常脏。食物倒是上了，但很简单（米饭、扁豆、炸鱼块和印度薄饼）。我们回去后再次解释说我们不会在船上过夜，但那个人态度极其恶劣，直接转身和其他员工聊天，让我们一个人待着。这简直就是坑骗游客！根本不值得！服务差劲透顶，体验糟糕透顶，他们简直是在抢钱，把我们扔在湖上转来转去。强烈不推荐！去别的城镇玩吧。
