点评：I booked a 47-foot catamaran for a four-hour tour on November 7th to celebrate our friend's birthday. The booking process was straightforward; a 10% down payment was required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival at the dock.
We had Tulum Charter also book our transportation, which went smoothly. We were picked up at our hotel in Riviera Maya and dropped off at the marina on time.
We had a crew of three: Luis, the captain; Luca, the chef; and Carly, the first mate. They were all very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, that day was sunny and beautiful, but there was zero wind, so we had to motor to our destination. We were offered drinks and appetizers for our ride over to the anchor spot, and everything was delicious.
The spot we anchored at appeared to be a popular destination, but it wasn't too crowded. There were perhaps three other boats there. The water was crystal clear, with no current, making it perfect for snorkeling. We chose to stay near the boat to snorkel and opted out of taking a snorkeling tour. We still saw a stingray circling our boat, along with some other beautiful fish.
After spending an hour in the water, we adjourned for a fantastic lunch of chicken fajitas and then headed back to the marina.
Other than the disappointment of not sailing, we all had a wonderful time with a fantastic crew.
I would definitely recommend using Tulum Charters to book a charter adventure while in Mexico.
