Make My Trip Easy的点评
点评：I am Minal Joshi working as Bharatnatyam Dance teacher.My husband is working as plant head in the leading company of the India.
From 10 th May to 18 th May 2025 we joined Vietnam group tour with Make my trip. We visited 6th international tour with other travelers. This is our first international tour with Make my trip.
We went with many dreams but when came back we are very much disappointed.
(1) Tour sales person Ms.Monika Kashyap gave us vouchers and mentioned that in the group tour no need to pay guide tips( she told in customised tour it's need).
When we reach there Indian guide Mr. Ranjeet Singh told us to pay 3 dollars per person tips daily. My husband showed vouchers he started to spoke loudly and told us further services he will stop for us.
(2) In vouchers mentioned about souvenir,but he did not give us.
(3) In lunch we will get limited food.if two families seated on one table , then one plate between many members and asked for another dish , he told us to pay extra.only two days Indian lunch otherwise daily gave local food ( lower quality food)
(4) Mr. Ranjeet Singh Indian guide has not knowledge of vietnam.i asked him upto which time local market is open? He told 9 pm,but Vietnam guide told us till 7:15 pm .
(5) Mr. Ranjeet Singh was done partiallity, Sea facing rooms given to their nearest couple.( We all paid same amount to make my trip).
(6) In the vouchers MMT mentioned Food hotels name , but he took us in the lower category hotels for food.
(7) Mr. Ranjeet Singh is tricky person, end of the tour he suddenly started to take vediography of their nearest couple who said good good things for him( Ground level each one know the truth).
(8) In the vouchers mentioned about double bed room but they gave us single single coat.
Plz kindly do some action on it, otherwise I will go to consumer court and take social media help too.

(3) 午餐我们能吃到的食物有限。如果两家人坐在一张桌子上，然后很多人共用一个盘子，我们要求加菜，他会告诉我们要额外付费。只有两天午餐是印度菜，除此之外每天都是当地菜（质量较差）。
(4) 印度导游 Ranjeet Singh 先生对越南一无所知。我问他当地市场到几点开门？他告诉我们是晚上 9 点，但越南导游告诉我们到晚上 7:15。
(5) Ranjeet Singh 先生很偏心，把海景房给了离他最近的一对夫妇。（我们这次旅行的价钱都一样）。
(6) MMT 的代金券上提到了餐饮酒店的名字，但他带我们去了低档酒店吃饭。
(7) Ranjeet Singh 先生是个狡猾的人，旅行结束时，他突然开始拍摄离他最近的一对夫妇的视频，这对夫妇对他赞不绝口（底层的每个人都知道真相）。
(8) 优惠券上说是双人间，但他们给我们的是单人床。
请您采取行动，否则我会去消费者法庭，也会寻求社交媒体的帮助。
