Exit Strategy Escape Room的点评
点评：The staff member helping us (I'm sorry I forget his name!) was great. He came off a bit nervous at first when explaining the setting of our room but hit his rhythm and immersed us in the puzzle setting before we even reached the room. Other escape rooms I've been to just stick you in the room without setting the scene beforehand. I liked that we had to solve a puzzle to access the room (speakeasy) from the start, that was unique. I appreciated the staff member because, unlike other businesses, he held back from giving us any hints until we asked for it towards the end of our time, and his hint pointed us in the right direction without handing the answer on a silver platter. Lastly, I appreciated him for dissecting our run after we completed the challenge, pointing out clues we missed, complimenting us on how we figured out other clues, generally pumping us up and making us smile. So much good to say about this staff member, I feel so bad I forget his name. We were there Saturday at 1 PM for the Untouchables room, hopefully the business can credit him for me! We will be trying the other rooms next time we are near Cumberland.
