Unfortunately the person I spoke to really couldn't have been more unhelpful if she'd tried. I can only conclude that she had recently completed her customer prevention course ⛔🙅🏼♀️
I politely asked she could give me an idea of the food options available at Corby as I had been unable to find any information online. I literally FELT the eye rolling. 'It's just snack type food, chicken nuggets, hot dogs etc'. I explained that my daughter was en route with a friend who had limited food options and that both were vegetarian. I asked if there were pizzas. 'No they don't do pizza's, there's vege hot dogs' 🌭
I suggested that it would be handy to have a menu available online so that us parents could plan and that because (I assumed) you weren't allowed to take your own food inside. I was told 'No you're not' and 'well I don't work on the marketing side, I'm in the call centre'. 😐🤓
Funny, when I worked in Customer Service (call centre) the clue was in the name and we fed back comments to the relevant departments, even Marketing! ✍🏼✅
Having arrived and seen the menu for ourselves, it appears that Pizza🍕 IS an option 🤔 further demonstrating the need for this basic information to be accessible online! Clearly the Call Centre operatives are not up to speed with what's being offered. Had we gone on the information given over the phone, we wouldn't have booked/visited at all! 🙄
It's not difficult. Take a photo of the menu and add it to the website/facebook page.
Food took a long time to arrived but was hot and reasonably good!
