点评：Wonderful visit. So friendly and engaging. We came up from Sagesse to visit without a reservation and we were immediately welcomed and booked on a tour. The team are so knowledgeable and passionate about their process. We learned about chocolate production from tree and pod through to final product. The heart and soul they pour into their process is impressive. And then after buying some samples to take home we went for lunch in their onsite restaurant. Not just great value but also very high class service. The team there are offering a very professional and well trained offering that will impress any discerning guest. And the food was wonderful. The wild jerk cv icken was superb and the roast mahi mahi also superb. And topped off with nutmeg ice cream. Perfect. Credit to the owners and all the staff. A local business truly and rightfully proud of its offering. Has transformed my appreciation of chocolate. Great job.
