A Beautiful and Authentic Trek Through the Andes.
Lares Trek的点评
点评：We chose the Lares Trek because we wanted something a little less crowded and more connected to the local communities, and it ended up being one of our favorite experiences in Peru.
We booked with LOCAL TREKKERS PERU after contacting a few companies in Cusco. Communication was easy from the beginning and they answered all our questions without trying to push us into booking, which we appreciated.
The trek itself was beautiful. Some parts were definitely harder than we expected, especially at the higher altitude, but our guide was very patient and never rushed us. We could stop when we needed to, take photos and just enjoy the mountains. The scenery was incredible: snowy peaks, lakes, llamas and alpacas, and small villages along the way.
What we enjoyed most about Lares was meeting local families and seeing a completely different side of Peru. It didn't feel like we were just walking from one tourist attraction to another. There were moments when we were basically alone in the mountains, passing local people and children on their way between communities.
The food was another surprise. After several hours of hiking, arriving at camp and having a proper warm meal was amazing! Huge thanks to the cook and the rest of the team who worked so hard every day.
Our guide also taught us a lot about life in the Andes, local traditions and the history of the area. Those conversations actually became some of our favorite memories from the trek.
If you're deciding between some of the more famous routes around Cusco, don't overlook Lares. It's challenging enough to feel like a real adventure, but the landscapes and cultural experience make it completely worth it.
We had a wonderful experience with Local Trekkers Peru and would definitely recommend them. Small group, great people and a very personal experience. We'd happily trek with them again.

食物也是另一大惊喜。经过几个小时的徒步后，能够抵达营地并吃到一顿热腾腾的正餐，真是太棒了！在此特别感谢厨师以及每天辛勤工作的整个团队。
我们的向导还向我们讲述了许多关于安第斯山脉地区的生活、当地传统以及历史的知识。那些交谈实际上成了我们这次徒步旅行中最难忘的回忆。
如果你正在库斯科周边的一些著名徒步路线中做选择，可千万别忽略拉雷斯路线。这条路线颇具挑战性，能带来真正的冒险体验；而沿途的风景与独特的文化氛围更让这一切物超所值。
