点评:This was the worst vacation we have ever been on and it was 100% due to the lack of professionalism of this agency.
It started with them booking the wrong plane ticket, which they blamed on me because I should have caught their mistake. It continued when we landed and their rep was late. No apology was offered. They chose several hotels that looked good online but were disastrous when we got there. They clearly never visited those places or maybe they are related to the owners. We also had to ask multiple times about reservation confirmations for hotels and various tickets. The worst, however, was the car. Their Mitsubishi Pajero should never be allowed on the street. To give a car like this to tourists is dangerous and reckless! It didn’t start twice and the guy from the agency could tell us right away how to get it running again, so he is clearly aware of the issue but just won’t get it fixed because he doesn’t care about the safety of his clients. The trunk was also filled with trash - see photo - and there was no gas in the tank when we received the car.
They also cannot deal with criticism and will blame the client for everything. No apologies ever. I saw in the other reviews that they give themselves 5 stars (see Ermal’s review - that’s the owner) on here to balance out negative reviews, which is so dishonest and just shows what kind of people they are.
