A tired lounge redeemed by really helpful & helpful staff

点评：Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience which justifies the entry fee. The seating is comfortable with quite a few tables having excellent views if the runway.
The staff are a real highlight and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, in particular Abdul, who although very busy was happy to get an extra beer from the bar for me. Just goes to show customer service is still alive and well!
The hot food is pretty standard lounge style food and it is edible if not exceptional. The salad bar has a limited selection bu the selection is very fresh.
Draft beer is available on tap along with a fes shorts, plus a soft drink dispenser. They also stock Peroni Zero. Coffee and tea were available although I cannot comment on quality because I didn't try them.
