点评：This lounge is not accommodating to anyone with coeliac disease. I asked a member of staff what was available that was gluten free. He went to ask the chef and came back saying all the hot food was gluten free so I could have it all. I felt unsafe as there were pancakes next to the bacon! I watched as another guest put a spoonful of baked beans on top of her bread and touched the spoon on it.
I asked for some gluten free toast and the waiter came back with 2 slices of bread that had obviously been defrosted in the microwave, that were nothing short of disgusting, and was informed that they could not toast it without contaminating it! Surely a ‘premium’ lounge could afford a cheap toaster to dedicate to gluten free bread only?! Avoid this lounge if you have coeliac disease.
